Innovative leadership's effect on outstanding performance of business organizations: A case study of Algerian Communications Corporation, Batna State

Abstract

Enter The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of innovative leadership on outstanding performance, by studying the extent to which innovative leadership is practiced at the Algiers Telecom in Batna. On this basis, we proposed the hypotheses and the model of the study. The questionnaire was used as an essential tool for data collection by distributing it to 40 individual managers, division managers and the Director-General. The results of the field study revealed that the dimensions of innovative leadership have a positive impact on the outstanding performance of the company, that is, when the company adopts innovative leadership within its strategies and focuses on different dimensions of innovative leadership whenever it can achieve outstanding performance.
