Aims to analyze the influence of investment and labor absorption through economic growth on HDI in 13 Regencies and Cities of South Kalimantan Province, using data for 2013-2022. E-Views 12 software was used in the path analysis method. These results indicate that investment and absorbed labor simultaneously influence economic growth.
