Author Biographies

Thriveni Kumari Karlapudi, Professor, Delhi School of Business, Delhi

Dr. K. Thriveni Kumari is having 21 years of experience in teaching management courses. She did her Post Doctoral Fellowship at IIM Calcutta, Ph.D. at Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad, M.Phil at Annamalai University, MBA, PGDFM at Acharya Nagarjuna University and HR Analytics program from IIM Kozikode. She published as a single author one book, 15 book chapters, 42 research articles published in ABDC, SCOPUS, Web of Sciences, UGC-Recognized, and peer-refereed journals. She attended 20 international and national conferences out of which one paper had won Best Paper Award, another presented at Saint Mary’s University, Manila, Philippines, funded by the UGC travel grant commission. She attended 20 FDP’s, workshops and seminars.

Ananya Ray, Assistant Professor, Delhi School of Business

Ananya Ray has done PhD in Information Systems and Business Analytics at the Indian Institute of Management, Ranchi. She holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering from Kalinga Institute of Technology, Bhubaneswar. Before beginning her doctoral studies, she gained one and a half years of corporate experience as an Application Architect at IBM. Her research interests focus on text analytics and natural language processing (NLP). Her work had led to contributions in reputable journals such as Journal of Hospitality Marketing and Management and Asia Pacific Journal of Information Systems. Her academic interest are data mining, predictive analytics, social media analytics, machine learning and data visualization techniques.
