The study used regression analysis to clarify the relationship between the variables of the study. An interview was also conducted with some managers, and the results of the study showed that Henkel Algeria’s application of social responsibility programs towards society has a positive impact on the enterprise’s economic objectives. As an industrial enterprise, Henkel was able to improve its internal capabilities and competencies by adopting marketing methods that are in line with the stage that Algeria is experiencing in terms of openness to foreign markets and the accompanying transformations in the field of sustainable development and corporate governance.
