The role of commercail banks at the developmenet of social responsiblity and its finacial performence rerflection: Study on a sample of commercial banks in Adrar

Responsibilty is taken as self commitment by institutions in order to commit to its role towards society. Institutions are bound with a moral contract that includes responsibility, and cooperation with others for the public intrest .Social responsibility is the concern of owners, workers, and competetors. Further more this study has shown the importance of social responsibility especially for banks in such kind of activities and their financial impact. The role of Adrar commercial bank has been identified on the enrichment of the social responsibility and its implication on the financial preformence by using induction to study its effect. Also, this study examinate the behaviour of some bank workers in order to identify the concequences .the study achivement is that the reaction of banks with social responsibility has always a good reflection on the financial preformence ,beside its never reduces the banks profits.
