Abstract

This research aims to highlight the role of green human resources management practices in creating awareness about environmental responsibility among employees of the National Office for the Promotion and Management of Real Estate in Ain Defla in Algeria. We studied a random sample of (100) employees using a questionnaire as a tool for collecting data, SPSS version (25) and a set of statistical tools for analysis. The results concluded that: The attitudes of the study sample members were positive towards the statements of both green human resources management practices and environmental responsibility with an acceptable degree of agreement, and the arithmetic mean value for all the statements of the two variables was "positive".
