Incentives and safeguards under Algeria's new investment law
Keywords:
Investment climate, incentives, safeguards, investor, economic developmentAbstract
Algeria has sought to create a more attractive investment climate through a series of reforms, including amendments to its investment law and signing partnership agreements with several countries. These reforms have offered incentives and safeguards to stimulate investment and attract foreign capital. Despite the challenges that remain, the country has achieved economic growth, albeit at a slow pace. This growth has motivated me to continue with the reform process and strengthen foreign partnerships.
