The impact of applying the principles of marketing ethics on improving the mental image of the enterprise: A field study of the Private Nahda Clinic, Algiers

This research aims to study the impact of applying the principles of marketing ethics on improving the mental image of the Enterprise, due to the fact that the growth and excellence of the Enterprise and improving its mental image at the present time depend on the extent of its application of marketing ethics, as the key to its success lies in its ability to attract and retain a large number of customers. The field study was conducted by distributing a questionnaire to a sample of customers of the Renaissance Private Clinic in Algiers, to be processed statistically using the program (SPSSv26), and the study concluded that there is a statistically significant impact of applying the principles of marketing ethics on improving the mental image in the clinic under study, and this is in all its adopted dimensions.
