The role of the wage system in achieving job satisfaction in the economic institution

The aim of the research is to find out the role of wages in achieving job satisfaction in the economic institution (National Institution for Fatty), where wages are a priority of the employees of the institution, in addition to the importance of achieving economic and social development in any country.
