Importance of standards of Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions (AAOIFI)

This study aims to address the various types of standards issued by the Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions (AAOIFI): Shariah, Accounting, Governance and Ethics Standards, their contribution to organizing and regulating the work of Islamic financial institutions. The study concluded that the organization strives to develop the thought of accounting, auditing, and banking fields related to the activities of Islamic financial institutions, through training, holding seminars and forums, issuing periodic publications, and preparing research and reports, among other means.
