The target population for the study was 200 respondents however, 100 respondents were used as the sample size statistically. Findings revealed that a significant relationship exists between all measures of job evaluation and profitability in organisations. Thus, profitability in organisations can be manipulated through the regulation of the dimension of profitability in organisations. Consequently, the study recommended that employees should be evaluated from time to time by the management to bring out the best in them. Conclusively, job evaluation will be successful when participants are trained in job evaluation.
